Shibby » Rules

We are all humans, and to have it as nice as possible, we should all follow these simple rules.

Don't save EVERYTHING you find

When you bookmark a normal website you aren't bookmarking all the pages throughout the website, the same applies to images, if it isn't much difference between the images (eg, different angles) there is no point of saving all of them, right?

Think about what images you are saving

If you save an image that might be be erotic or inappropriate/offensive to some people you should put a warning on the image, and you can do that when you are editing the image.

This way, the people who do not want to see such images atleast get a warning before they enter the image.

You can set in your settings if you want to see offensive images or get a warning before viewing them.

Respect eachother

Everyone do not have the same taste, so you don't need to write any evil comments about how much you hate the image. The other users may not like your images, either.

This is called common sense.

Avoid duplicates

This is partly automated when you save an image, but sometimes it is not enough. You should do a quick search before you save an image to see if it already exists or not.

If you find a duplicate image on the Shibby you can flag it as duplicate. Read more about flagging images
